Born on September 9, 1987, in Bihar, Tulsi displayed brilliance

professor at IIT Bombay
just a year later.
His Groundbreaking PhD and Research with a Global Scientist
Tulsi pursued his doctorate at the Indian
Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, focusing on “Generalizations of the
Quantum Search Algorithm.”
He also co-authored a research paper with the renowned scientist Lov
Grover, though
it was never published in a scientific journal.

In 2010, Tulsi joined IIT
Bombay as a professor,
a rare achievement for someone so young. However, his journey took a dark turn
just a year later when severe health issues began to impact his career.

Tulsi suffered from high fever in 2011, later diagnosed as a severe allergy.
His deteriorating health forced him to take a long leave in 2013. Unfortunately, his absence led to
his dismissal
from IIT Bombay in 2019,
